Eight Vintages in One Riesling
Dreissigacker Vintages Edition VI is a blend of eight Riesling vintages. Perfection begins in the vineyards with the careful harvesting of the grapes that are particularly suitable for this wine at the optimum degree of ripeness. The individual batches and vintages are aged separately in the Dreissigacker cellars. The wine is matured using the knowledge gained from previous Vintage Editions to obtain complex but complementary base wines. Vintage Edition IV combines the vintages 2017 to 2024 to create a wine experience that is unique on the German wine market.
By combining multiple vintages, a composition is created that reflects different weather patterns, ripening stages, intuitive gut feeling, clear intention, and, above all, the unique aromas of each individual vintage. Each vintage shapes the wine in its own distinctive way, creating something truly unique in its dimension.
