Dreissigacker stands for wines in perfection: the best grapes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards are harvested selectively and partially by hand at the perfect time and gently matured. During the ageing process, the wines are given time to slowly unfold and develop their radiance and intensity. Our aim at Dreissigacker is to make the soils, the microclimates and the exposure of our vineyards tangible. Strict yield reduction, elaborate, biodynamic cultivation by hand and meticulous work in the cellar are important pillars of our philosophy.

Vintages

One Riesling, six vintages. An idea has matured over the past few years. It has brought to light a wine that is unique, a complete innovation in the German wine world and shows how much fun, soul and diversity there is in the combination of several vintages that complement each other perfectly - VINTAGES. It's a wine you won't want to stop drinking. It gives you a taste of where the world of our mature Rieslings can lead.
Village wine
CHARACTERISED BY TERROIR
The origin of the grapes is somewhat limited for local wines. As a result, individual specialities in the flavour are more pronounced. Grapes from different vineyards are used for a local wine, but the vineyards are located in the same place. This creates a clear link between the wine and its origin. Our Dreissigacker local wines mature exclusively in the top vineyards in Bechtheim and Westhofen. The characteristic diversity of the soils and the high ripeness give the wines their special expression.
Wunderwerk
A COURAGEOUS DECISION
Dreissigacker Wunderwerk combines two completely contrasting vineyards in Rheinhessen to create unprecedented sensory experiences: The site cuvees Wunderwerk Riesling, Wunderwerk Grauburgunder and Wunderwerk Spätbrugunder. Here, each cuvee contains the contrasting flavours of the sun of Bechtheim and the coolness of the Westhofen vineyards. It is only through our patient ageing process that they mature into a uniquely complex whole. We have deliberately left the purity of the vineyard behind us to create space for a miracle: Unusual wines - unadapted and at the same time infinitely harmonious.
Sparkling
BRILLIANT AND EXPRESSIVE
During the early harvest compared to still wines, only undamaged grapes are placed by hand in small, standardised containers to ensure that they arrive at the Dreissigacker winery undamaged and can be processed quickly. In order to preserve the crisp acidity and light minerality, we do not leave the grapes to macerate and gently press the whole grapes immediately after harvesting.

WEISSBURGUNDER MEETS TONNEAU
Maturing Weissburgunder grapes in 500-litre oak barrels - this is Jochen Dreissigacker's new style. Through an unparalleled spirit of innovation, the Dreissigacker winery has developed a unique, independent Weissburgunder with Einzigacker, which reveals pure flavour and enormous ageing potential. The success factors for this exciting liaison between Pinot Blanc and the fine woody notes of the tonneau barrel are: Time, courage and an extremely high standard of craftsmanship. The result is a precisely matured white wine that is particularly powerful without losing any of its elegance. A special wine experience.

Our philosophy at Dreissigacker is to develop wines with enormous ageing potential. Out of conviction, we only pass on our top wines when they begin to develop their full flavour. Until then, our vintages are given sufficient time to rest and mature in our cellars under optimal conditions.
