Selected represents a special selection of unique Dreissigacker wines. Our philosophy at Dreissigacker is to create wines with enormous ageing potential. Out of persuasion, we only pass on our top wines when they begin to develop their full aroma. Until then, our vintages are given plenty of time to rest and mature in our cellars under optimal conditions.
