With Dreissigacker NFTs, we are opening up a new world. A world of perfectly matured wines that you will own in the future, but that you can digitally own today. With Dreissigacker NFTs, you can now buy wines that are still physically at the winery, maturing in perfect conditions. The limited and numbered bottles are digitally signed with an NFT, which represents their ownership on the blockchain. The wines can be traded virtually as NFTs via the blockchain, even before they are called up or actually delivered.

No matter how great the site or how good the vintage, a Riesling can only reach true perfection if it is allowed to mature in the ideal environment. A few bottles of our 2020 Single Site Rieslings are destined for this perfection. The 2020 Rieslings from the Geyersberg, Morstein, Kirchspiel, Rosengarten, Aulerde and Hasensprung sites will be stored in our cellars for years or even decades, in the perfect climate and in the best of hands. Only the wines themselves will decide when they have reached their respective ideals. Jochen Dreissigacker personally checks at regular intervals whether they are ready to be enjoyed.
