Dreissigacker stands for wines in perfection: The best grapes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards are picked selectively and partially by hand at the perfect time of harvest and then gently vinified. During vinification, the wines are given time to slowly unfold and develop their radiance and complexity. Our goal at Dreissigacker is to make the soils, the microclimates and the exposure of our sites tangible. The strict reduction of yields, the elaborate, biodynamic cultivation by hand and the meticulous work in the cellar are important elements of our philosophy.

ABOUT TIME

Wines that have the potential to age should also be given the necessary time to develop and open. Dreissigacker wines are therefore stored in our cellars under perfect conditions until we determine that the perfect time has been reached. After that, the wines continue to develop, presenting themselves even more openly after another 5 to 10 years, showing more and more of their full spectrum of aromas and reflecting the character traits of the Rhine-Hessian soils and sites in Westhofen and Bechtheim.
