Dreissigacker Vintages Edition III is a blend of five Riesling vintages. Perfection begins in the vineyards with the careful selection of the most suitable parcels at their optimal ripeness. In the cellars of Dreissigacker, the individual parcels and vintages mature separately. The aging process is carried out with insights gained from previous Vintages Editions to create complex yet harmonizing base wines. Vintages Edition III unites the vintages from 2017 to 2021 into a wine experience that is unique in the German wine market.

By combining multiple vintages, a composition emerges that reflects different weather patterns, ripening stages, intuitive gut feeling, clear intention, and, most importantly, the unique aromas of each individual vintage. Each vintage shapes the wine in its own distinctive way, creating something truly unique in its dimension. It is a wine you won’t want to stop drinking—one that offers a preview of where the world of aged Dreissigacker Rieslings can lead.
