Our Philosophy

A healthy earth, a functioning cycle, a balanced environment. The basis for our Dreissigacker wine is the soil. It is the foundation and responsible for something to grow and develop. We take this responsibility towards the environment seriously and produce Dreissigacker wines exclusively through biodynamic viticulture. Biodynamic viticulture corresponds in many ways to organic viticulture.

However, biodynamic viticulture focuses even more on the holistic view of cultivation and management. The aim is to produce high-quality organic wines in harmony with nature. The more we pay attention to nature and trust it, the more it gives back to us. This demand requires a lot of time, patience and knowledge from us. We therefore manage our business on a very long-term basis in order to participate as closely as possible in the natural cycle. But patience pays off, we are sure of that. A natural product like wine can only be of the best quality if nature is healthy - and that is what we at Dreissigacker want to ensure.
