Dreissigacker Philosophy

A healthy earth, a functioning cycle, a balanced environment. The foundation for our Dreissigacker wine is the soil. It is the basis and responsible for growth and development. We take this responsibility towards the environment seriously and produce Dreissigacker wines exclusively biodynamically. Biodynamic viticulture is similar to organic viticulture in many aspects. However, biodynamic viticulture focuses even more on a holistic view of cultivation and management. The aim is to produce high-quality organic wines in harmony with nature. The more we pay attention to nature and trust it, the more quality and goodness it returns to us. This claim requires a lot of time, patience, and knowledge from us. We therefore manage our vineyards with a long-term perspective to participate as closely as possible in the natural cycle. We are convinced that our patience pays off. Because a natural product like wine can only be of the best quality if nature is healthy - that is what we at Dreissigacker take care of.
