With Dreissigacker NFTs we open the door to a new world: perfectly matured wines that you will hold in your hand in future and can already call your own today, digitally. A Dreissigacker NFT lets you buy wines that are still physically at the winery, maturing there under ideal conditions. The limited, numbered bottles are signed digitally with an NFT that represents your ownership on the blockchain. Through the blockchain the wines can be traded as NFTs even before they are claimed or delivered.

However excellent its site and however favourable its vintage, a Riesling can only reach true completeness if it is allowed to mature in the right surroundings. A few bottles of our 2019 single-vineyard Rieslings are destined for exactly that. They rest in our cellars in a perfect climate and in the best hands, over years and even decades: the 2019 Rieslings from Geyersberg, Morstein, Kirchspiel, Rosengarten, Aulerde and Hasensprung. When each reaches its ideal is for the wine alone to decide. Jochen Dreissigacker checks personally at regular intervals whether they are ready to drink. A real test of patience, and one that pays off. You now have the chance to claim the right to one of these selected bottles as an NFT. Years before your bottle is handed to you as a perfectly matured single-vineyard Riesling, it is already yours, as a tamper-proof digital asset assigned to you unambiguously and verifiably.
