With Dreissigacker NFTs, we open access to a new world. A world of perfectly aged wines that you will physically own in the future, but which you can already call your own digitally today. With Dreissigacker NFT, you can now purchase wines that physically remain at the winery and mature there under perfect conditions. The limited and numbered bottles are digitally signed with an NFT that represents your ownership on the blockchain. Via the blockchain, the wines as NFTs can be traded virtually even before retrieval or actual delivery.

No matter how excellent its location or how favorable its vintage, a Riesling can only achieve true perfection if it is allowed to mature in the optimal environment. This perfection is destined for a select few bottles of our single-vineyard Rieslings from the 2019 vintage. In our cellars, they are stored in the perfect climate, in the best hands, for years or even decades – the 2019 Rieslings from the Geyersberg, Morstein, Kirchspiel, Rosengarten, Aulerde, and Hasensprung sites. The wines themselves dictate when they have reached their ideal. Jochen Dreissigacker personally checks at regular intervals whether they have reached their optimal drinking maturity. A true test of patience that is worthwhile. You now have the chance to claim the right to purchase one of these selected specimens as an NFT. Even before your bottle is handed over to you in a few years as a perfectly matured single-vineyard Riesling, it belongs to you – as an unforgeable digital asset that is clearly and verifiably assigned to you.
