Selected Wines: matured Dreissigacker wines, released to you at exactly the right moment. Here you will find older vintages, large formats and rarities that are no longer available or were never available at all, and that are showing their full potential right now.

Dreissigacker stands for wines brought to their fullest: the best grapes from biodynamically farmed vineyards, picked by hand in selective passes at exactly the right moment and aged gently. During ageing the wines are given time to unfold slowly and to develop their brilliance and intensity. Our aim is to make the soils, the microclimate and the exposure of our sites taste-able. Strict yield reduction, demanding biodynamic work by hand and meticulous work in the cellar are the pillars of that philosophy.

Wines with the potential to age should be given the time they need to develop and open up. Dreissigacker wines therefore rest in our cellars under ideal conditions until we judge that moment to have arrived. They keep developing after that too: another five to ten years and they show themselves more open still, revealing more and more of their full range of aromas and reflecting the character of the Rheinhessen soils and sites of Westhofen and Bechtheim.
