Selected Wines – hand-picked, mature Dreissigacker wines, passed on to you at the perfect time. At Selected Wines, you will find older vintages, large formats, and rarities that are no longer available or have never been available, and which are now fully developing their potential.

Dreissigacker stands for wines in perfection: The best grapes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards are selectively and partially hand-picked at the perfect harvest time and gently matured. During maturation, the wines are given time to slowly develop their radiance and intensity. Our goal at Dreissigacker is to make the soils, the microclimate, and the exposure of our sites tasteable. Strict yield reduction, elaborate biodynamic cultivation by hand, and meticulous work in the cellar are important pillars of our philosophy.

Wines that have the potential to age should also be given the necessary time to develop and open up. Dreissigacker wines are therefore stored under perfect conditions in our cellars until we believe this point has been reached. Even after that, the wines continue to develop, presenting themselves even more openly after another 5 to 10 years, showing more and more of their entire aromatic spectrum and reflecting the characteristics of the Rheinhessen soils and sites in Westhofen and Bechtheim.
