We would like to offer you the opportunity to be part of something unique. You will soon have the chance to experience the matured single vineyards from 2015 – an experience we want to share with you. Let yourself be inspired by the depth and complexity of these wines, which have been allowed to rest and mature for years under perfect conditions and are now waiting to be discovered.
GEYERSBERG RIESLING 2015
The Geyersberg Riesling 2015 is an absolute one-of-a-kind, shaped by its special single vineyard site and multifaceted soils. The Bechtheimer south-facing slope, with sandy loess and weathered limestone subsoil, gives the wine its unmistakable spice and – even more strikingly – a fascinating smokiness that makes it truly unique. This smokiness arises from the combination of weathered limestone in the soil and the special microclimatic conditions of the site. It lends the wine a certain depth and complexity that is noticeable from the very first sniff.
ROSENGARTEN RIESLING 2015
The 2015 Rosengarten Riesling presents itself as the epitome of finesse – a single vineyard located just a few steps from the Geyersberg, yet speaking a completely different language. The pure south-facing slope here is lighter, cooler, and a touch more exposed to the wind, which lends the wine remarkable elegance. The altered soil structure – finer, airier, with subtle minerality – significantly shapes its character: while the Geyersberg appears powerful, the Rosengarten exhibits a delicate, almost ethereal style.
KIRCHSPIEL RIESLING 2015
Kirchspiel Riesling 2015 impresses with its finesse and elegance. The vineyard, a cool east-facing slope in Westhofen, is situated on pure limestone. The special climatic conditions and the pure limestone soil lend the wines from this site incomparable minerality and saltiness. These limestone soils are so dominant that they strongly shape the terroir – looking at the soil, one almost feels like being in Burgundy. These calcareous soils make the Kirchspiel 2015 a wine of great elegance and finesse. The wines from this single vineyard are characterized by a cool and refined structure that will gain in depth and expression over the years.
