NATURE AND TIME
Dreissigacker wines are definitely not "everybody's darling". They polarize and thus have a large fan base. They don't conform to any pattern, cliché or other stereotype, but are deliberately independent, unadulterated and uniquely crafted wines. That's why we have made it our mission to transport our soils and sites into the bottle as naturally and gently as possible. Sustainability, proximity to nature and ultimately time is what defines our wines.
In Dialogue with Nature
Organic viticulture. This means manual labor, patience, careful use of natural resources, vitality, and sustainability. On the one hand a philosophy, on the other the pursuit of perfection. Perfection of the wines, but also of nature conservation. An interplay of instinct, courage, and trust in nature.
Always in rhythm
Biodynamic viticulture, according to Jochen Dreissigacker, is the logical consequence for anyone who seriously engages with organic viticulture. The goal is to work as close to nature as possible to create optimal conditions for the wine to thrive and grow. The essence of biodynamic viticulture is working in cycles – nature supports, conserves, and strengthens itself in recurring circles.
RIESLING - AUTHENTIC AND UNIQUE
We want to present natural and unadulterated wines with a distinctive character that perfectly reflect the peculiarities of their respective sites and have been vinified in such a way that they have particularly good aging potential. No other grape variety allows wines to age so exceptionally. Only after a few years does Riesling reveal its full greatness. Therefore, we rely on time, because in the end, it is time that gives our Rieslings their full splendor.
VISION AND FORWARD THINKING
Not only a focus on traditional values and sustainability are formative principles in Dreissigacker's philosophy, but also the creation of innovations, foresight and future-oriented thinking. This is how Jochen Dreissigacker managed to catapult the winery to the top of German viticulture. As the owner of one of the first wineries to sell selected wines via NFTs, he once again demonstrates his pioneering role in the industry. Dreissigacker wines are not only found in Germany, but also internationally on the best wine lists of top gastronomy.
