Dreissigacker Vintages

Dreissigacker Vintages is the result of a remarkable process that begins in the vineyards around Bechtheim, runs its course in the cellars of the estate and finally arrives at an outstanding Riesling cuvée. A wine that shows the range of aromas the Riesling grape holds. It grew out of the idea of bringing the magic of the Champagne grand cuvée to a still Riesling, realised through assemblage, the method by which the great houses of Champagne bring the complexity of several vintages harmoniously into one bottle. Made with dedication and a passion for Riesling, and with a constant drive towards innovation, Dreissigacker Vintages was first bottled in spring 2018.

Vintages Riesling is an unusual creation that puts the complexity and depth of Riesling first. This wine does not reflect the individual style of a winemaker; it is an acknowledgement of the many-sided possibilities the Riesling grape offers.

Pinot Noir finds its counterpart in St. Laurent, a strong partner. Vintages Rot Edition IV brings together two different vintages, 2021 and 2022.

Aged entirely in barrique and kept on the lees for three years, this red now shows itself elegant, fruity and harmonious.
