Dreissigacker stands for wines in perfection: The best grapes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards are selectively and partially hand-picked at the perfect harvest time and gently vinified. During vinification, the wines are given time to slowly unfold and develop their radiance and intensity. Our goal at Dreissigacker is to make the soils, microclimate, and exposure of our sites palpable. Strict yield reduction, elaborate biodynamic cultivation by hand, and meticulous work in the cellar are important pillars of our philosophy.

Dreissigacker estate wines are the introduction to the Dreissigacker wine world. Even here, you can taste the typicality of Dreissigacker wines, the vineyards where the grapes grow, and Dreissigacker's signature style.

One Riesling, eight vintages. An idea has matured over the past few years. It has brought forth a wine that is unique, a complete innovation even in the German wine world, and demonstrates how much fun, soul, and diversity there is in combining several vintages that perfectly complement each other — VINTAGES. It is a wine that you never want to stop drinking. It offers a foretaste of where the world of our aged Rieslings can lead.

For village wines, the origin of the grapes is somewhat restricted. This allows individual characteristics to emerge more clearly in the taste. For a village wine, grapes from different vineyards are used, but these vineyards are located in the same village. This creates a clear connection between the wine and its origin. Our Dreissigacker village wines ripen exclusively in the top vineyards in Bechtheim and Westhofen. The characteristic diversity of the soils and the high ripeness give the wines their special expression.

At Dreissigacker, Wunderwerk combines two completely contrasting terroirs of Rheinhessen to create unprecedented sensory experiences: The single-vineyard cuvées Wunderwerk Riesling, Wunderwerk Grauburgunder, and Wunderwerk Spätburgunder. Each cuvée contains the contrasting aromas of the sun-drenched vineyards of Bechtheim and the coolness of the Westhofen vineyards. Only through our patient aging process do they mature into a uniquely complex unit. We have deliberately left behind the purity of the single vineyard to create space for a miracle: exceptional wines – unconventional yet infinitely harmonious.

For the early harvest, compared to still wines, only undamaged grapes are carefully hand-picked into small containers to ensure they arrive at Dreissigacker Winery intact and can be processed quickly. To preserve the crisp acidity and light minerality, we skip maceration and gently press the whole grapes immediately after harvesting.

Aging Pinot Blanc grapes in 500-liter oak barrels – with this, Jochen Dreissigacker is shaping a new style. Through unparalleled innovation, Weingut Dreissigacker with Einzigacker is developing a unique, distinctive Pinot Blanc that reveals pure aromatics and enormous aging potential. Success factors for the exciting liaison of Pinot Blanc and the subtle woody notes of the tonneau barrel are: time, courage, and an extremely high level of craftsmanship. At Dreissigacker, our philosophy is to produce wines with enormous aging potential. Out of conviction, we only release our top wines when they begin to unfold their full aroma. Until then, our vintages are given ample time to rest and mature in our cellars under optimal conditions.
