We do not work in rigid structures but in concert. Vineyard operations, cellar, office, service, warehouse and kitchen all interlock. Every position is part of a whole, and every task contributes to the quality that comes out at the end.

Dreissigacker is not a place for routine but for responsibility, movement and development. Processes take shape in daily work and grow with the people who shape them. Decisions are carried together, mistakes are raised openly and understood as part of learning.
