At In den Reben 1, design meets the highest technical standards, and good taste meets precision. The entire winery is designed for sustainability. All wines are transported exclusively by gravity, with the aim of transferring them into the bottle as naturally as possible.

Jochen Dreissigacker took over his parents' winery 20 years ago and gradually modernized it. Not only a return to old values and sustainability are formative principles in Dreissigacker's philosophy, but also the creation of innovations, foresight and future-oriented thinking. In this way, Jochen Dreissigacker succeeded in catapulting the winery to the top of German winegrowing.
As the owner of one of the first wineries to sell selected wines via NFTs, he once again demonstrates his pioneering role in the industry. Dreissigacker wines can be found not only in Germany, but internationally on the best wine lists of top gastronomy.

Creating wines is not a solo act, but a collaborative effort. It can only truly succeed if all participants are perfectly attuned to each other, if a symbiosis emerges. Like the individual, perfectly coordinated components of a cuvée. Only then can a wine be created that, in turn, generates extraordinary and distinctive moments.

We want to make our soils and sites palpable, and we have very distinctive sites and a unique microclimate in Bechtheim as well as in Westhofen. This individuality and special character shape our wines, and we want to transfer them into our bottles as unadulterated as possible.
