Its excellence is evident not only in the concentration of flavor but also in the pronounced minerality, a subtle salinity, and an inviting freshness. This unmistakable character of the wine is largely shaped by the sandy, loamy, and calcareous soils, which lend it a finely nuanced and playful aromatic profile. This is reminiscent of the subtle nuances of a Gewürztraminer and culminates in an elegant finish, accompanied by harmonious acidity. By acquiring the Rosengarten Riesling 2019 NFT, you secure one of these few bottles for the future. A unique specimen, clearly assigned to you, will be stored until then under conditions that could not be more favorable for long-term aging. At the same time, you also receive a forgery-proof digital asset - the NFT and thus the exclusive, virtually tradable right of reference. Rosengarten Riesling - Elegance and Finesse with Ageing Potential

The grapes used for this wine were characterized by exceptional vitality, which contributed to its complexity and intense concentration of aromas. The 2019 Rosengarten Riesling captivates with its ripe aromas, a subtle traminer-like aromatic profile, as well as remarkable acidity and elegance. The hand-picked grapes were gently foot-trodden at the winery and carefully pressed after a long maceration period. This ensured that the grapes retained their natural freshness while bringing out their richness and power. The wine was then 100% spontaneously fermented on natural yeasts in stainless steel. Over the next eighteen months, the wine continued to mature on its fine lees, developing its delicate acidity and complexity. Finally, it was bottled in the summer of 2021 as a fresh, mineral, yet dense and fruit-driven wine. It has been bottle-aging ever since.
