Asian cuisine meets Riesling
It's no secret that Asian cuisine and Jochen Dreissigacker's wines - especially his Rieslings - are an ideal complement to each other. Quick to prepare, spicy, and simply delicious: Fried chicken breast with ginger and noodles. For this soul food, we recommend our Dreissigacker Vintages Riesling.

Chicken breast with ginger and noodles
INGREDIENTS
500 g wholewheat noodles | 2 tbsp sesame oil | 4 chicken breasts (organic) | 2 thumb-sized pieces fresh ginger | 2 fresh red chillies | 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice powder | 6 spring onions | 1 tbsp soy sauce | 2 tbsp liquid honey | 1 handful fresh coriander | 1 pinch sea salt | Freshly ground black pepper | 1 lemon
HOW TO – THE PREPARATION
Preparation is everything: First, cut the chillies and spring onions into fine rings. Then chop the ginger and coriander, and cut the chicken breasts into strips about 2.5 cm wide. Cook the noodles al dente. In the meantime, heat a pan to a high temperature. Heat the oil in it and add the chicken, ginger, and chillies. Stir and sprinkle with the 5-spice powder. Once the chicken is cooked, add the spring onions, soy sauce, and honey. Drain the noodles and mix them with the coriander and chicken in the pan. Season with lemon juice and serve hot.
