Shipping policy
We ship in cases of 6 or 12 bottles.
Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days within Germany, 2 to 8 working days to shipping zones 1 and 2.
Delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and vary by destination country, see shipping zones. They are shown separately during the order process and are payable by you in addition. Shipping within Germany is free from six bottles; below that we charge €9.50 gross per case.
Shipping zone 1: Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Shipping costs €18.10 gross per case.
Shipping zone 2: Austria and Denmark. Shipping costs €21.10 gross per case.
We deliver to Germany and to the countries listed in shipping zones 1 and 2. Shipping is by UPS. Delivery to other countries is possible on request.
Please note that delivery to a parcel locker is not possible, for reasons of youth protection law.

This product is delivered chilled by express shipping within Germany or by our in-house delivery service within Hamburg. Of course, it can also be collected in Hamburg-Altona.
Products are shipped exclusively within the Federal Republic of Germany and to Austria via the parcel delivery services go! Express & Logistics and Der Kurier. To guarantee the cold chain, shipping is exclusively a 24-hour service from Monday to Thursday for delivery on the following day. Saturday delivery is possible at an additional charge. If your order is received by 12 noon, we will ship it on the same day for delivery on the following day. Please ensure that the recipient can be reached on the day of delivery.
Please note that all caviar products should be stored in the refrigerator after receipt.
